Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made prior to checkout. No cancellations will be accepted after checkout has been completed.

Do you accept item replacements?

Yes, the following replacement and refund policy below is exclusive to Rx List online orders only.

Our dedicated customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.

Requests for replacement are only valid if:

  • The product delivered is damaged.
  • The product is expired.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.

Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:

  • The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods.
  • The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired. Refund of order is subject for approval of management.
